"Very helpful, responsive, and resourceful! From the moment we stepped into the first property we toured we could tell Monica was intent on being sure we were able to find a great first home!We actually only toured one of the houses we found online ourselves, because Monica was able to immediately find several other houses in our price range that were far and above what we were able to find in our searches.Monica walked us through the entire home buying process, from initial offerings, to escrow, getting our own inspection of the property, and the process to request repairs. They even went the extra mile of getting us in touch with a contractor to help us complete the fencing on the yard.When the house appraisal came in 10k below what the seller wanted for the house, Monica gave us the choice of whether to accept the seller's offer of paying an extra 5k out of pocket or offering the appraisal price. When we decided we couldn't afford to pay an additional 5k out of pocket, Monica went to bat for us and got the seller to agree to the appraisal price for the home!All in all, our home buying experience was an excellent adventure, and Monica was the perfect guide for a new home buying couple!"

"We requested to tour a home through Zillow and were paired with an unresponsive agent. We reached out to Zillow to request a new agent, and we were connected with Monica. From the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands! In our first phone call, we requested to tour 2-3 homes in the area within a few hours (not giving much notice to prepare) Monica immediately got to work and made us appointments in the area for us to tour. During the tours, she asked us questions about what we were looking for, things that were important to us, things we did not want, and offered valuable information on current market trends and details on various neighborhoods. We felt listened to and that she was going to go to work for us! She sure did! Living out of the area we were looking to buy, we often called/text Monica to have her get details on a new property we were interested in. She quickly got back to us about the details and would even schedule herself appointments to the property to save us a trip! She was very thorough and patient with us and explained each detail of the process. She answered all of our questions and made our first time home buying experience feel easy! I would highly recommend Monica to all my family and friends, as well as anyone else in the area! She is a pleasure to work with, very responsive, has great local knowledge, and very professional."
