Why do people think they can sell properties by themselves?  From my very own experience, it's all about saving money in the short term.  What I've learned is that most of the time what might seem like a good deal or good idea may turn into a disaster.  Seeing a lot of FISBO's (for sale by owner), is either failure of sales or in most cases, the sales has gone through, the opposite party in the transactions is going to find something wrong and legally come back.  Of course, with that said and introducing legal fees, buyers and/or sellers end up spending more time and money then when before starting on this journey.  Hire a Realtor and let the professionals do what they are trained to do and sell your home or find you a dream home where you can spend quality time with friends and family making memories that last forever.

On another note summer is coming to an end and we should take some extra time to really enjoy the warm weather.  Don't forget to try out new places to eat and be more adventurous, sushi, Cajun sea food, Russian food, and many more.
